Melt the Meno Middle is a 12-week, one-to-one coaching program that combines four essential pieces:

A realistic macro and protein-first eating plan based on your body, goals, lifestyle and favorite foods.
Strength Training
Workouts designed to help you build muscle, improve body composition and remain strong and capable as you age.
Intentional Movement
A movement plan that supports your goals without requiring you to spend hours doing punishing cardio.
Coaching and Accountability
Weekly guidance, app support and honest accountability so you are not left trying to figure everything out alone.
No one size fits all. No generic meal plan. No random workouts. No coffee, lettuce and willpower.
I believe in this method, but it only works when we both do our part.
You agree to follow your personalized plan, fill out your weekly check-ins, complete your agreed-upon workouts and movement, track honestly, attend your coaching sessions and communicate with me when you are struggling.
I agree to provide the macro plan, workouts, education, coaching, accountability, adjustments and support you need throughout the process.
If you complete the program requirements and have not lost at least 15 pounds by the end of the 12 weeks, I will continue coaching you at no additional coaching fee until you reach that goal.
Guarantee eligibility is confirmed before enrollment and applies when a 15-pound weight-loss goal is appropriate for the client. Continued coaching requires continued participation and completion of the program requirements. Full guarantee terms are provided before enrollment.

Is the program completely online?
Yes. Coaching, communication, tracking and workouts can all be completed online through Zoom and your coaching app.
Do I need to belong to a gym?
No. Your workouts can be completed at home, through Terrie’s live or recorded classes or in a gym. Your plan will be based on your preferences and available equipment.
Do I have to eat special diet food?
No. Your personalized nutrition plan is built using foods you enjoy. You will learn how to create balanced, protein-first meals that fit your life.
What if I have not exercised in years?
That is okay. Your starting point will be based on your current ability—not where you think you “should” be.
What if I travel or eat at restaurants?
The program is designed for real life. You will receive guidance for eating out, traveling, holidays and social events.
How much time will I need?
The exact schedule will be personalized, but the program generally includes three strength-training sessions each week, intentional movement and a short weekly coaching session.
